About the role
As a BIM Coordinator at Preformance, you will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and delivery of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across various projects. Reporting to the Construction Technology Director, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of BIM and providing support throughout all project stages, including pre-construction, construction, and handover phases.
The successful candidate to join our Performance team will be based in Christchurch.
Skills & Experience
You will have:
- 2-5 years as a BIM or service coordinator
- Be proficient in Autodesk Revit and scanning software.
- Communication and Presentation Skills
