About the role:
- This is a full-time permanent role, working on a Christchurch project with a value of $50m+.
- As a pivotal member of the delivery team you will work collaboratively with the Operational team; hammerheads, apprentices and labourers.
- Ensure the project is completed to the highest of standards, ensuring safety, quality and cost being considered.
- The Foreman is a hands-on role, whilst leading your team to construct in line with project drawings and specifications.
You will have:
- Trade-certified; New Zealand trade certification in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- At least 10 years hands-on experience as a Qualified Carpenter, specialising in concrete carpentry
- Previous experience working a a Foreman on Commercial build projects is essential.
You must have the rights to work and live in New Zealand.
