About the role:
- This is a full-time permanent role, working on a Christchurch project with a value of $50m+.
- As a pivotal member of the delivery team you will work collaboratively with the Operational team.
- Ensure the project is completed to the highest of standards, ensuring safety, quality and cost being considered.
- The Lead Hand is a hands-on role and must lead by example, providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring of team members, whilst directly and indirectly contributing towards day-to-delivery.
You will have:
- Trade-certified; New Zealand trade certification in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- At least 10 years hands-on experience as a Qualified Carpenter
- Previous experience working on Commercial build projects
