If yes, then you are the Project Coordinator we are looking for!

As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of our team working on Dunedin Outpatients, a state-of-the-art facility that will provide improved health services for the people of Otago and Southland. You will be responsible for providing support to the Project Manager, Compliance Manager and the wider project team to meet contract requirements and internal project requirements and goals.

Key Tasks

  • Assist with updating and issue of Management plans (Project and Quality) as and when required
  • Assist with producing QA related reports, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding and overdue items
  • Manage the Consultants Site Report and RFI tracker (Document Control)
  • Attend meetings when required whilst documenting and distributing meeting minutes and reports
  • Assist with the auditing of drawings, specifications and controlled documents
  • Work closely with the HSEQ Team members, participating in Bi-monthly Project Audits

Skills required

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in project management software and document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore)
  • Familiarity with construction project management and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
