Primary Objectives for the Quality Manager are to implement, maintain and monitor company systems and process on project sites, provide support to the Project Lead (Project Director/Manager) and the Project Team to meet contract/project requirements, internal requirements and goals. Provide professional advice to the team when required.
Have Quality Control/Management experience on successful vertical construction projects
Be capable of supporting multidiscipline teams
Be good at building strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, local authorities, and all other stakeholders
A strong understanding of project management principles – systems, processes, time management
