You will have:
- At least 7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
- Experience in managing client relationships, including negotiating contracts, handling disputes, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
